Materials Accepted Together:
- WOOD (Plywood, chipboard, medium-density fiberboard (MDF), glued laminated timber (glulam), pressure treated, painted (NO LEAD), with nails, with glue, etc)
- METAL (steel, aluminum, copper, insulated copper wire (ICW), used beverage cans (UBC) and all other metals)
- AGGREGATE (Concrete, asphalt, rock, masonry, brick)
- CARDBOARD / PAPER
- PLASTIC. (Film and rigid)
- DRYWALL (clean unpainted)
- TIRES (for additional fee)
- ELECTRONIC WASTE (must be separated out)
- OTHER. Any other construction waste, but excluding prohibited materials
Prohibited Materials:
- Liquids, items containing liquid and saturated material
- Gas-filled containers (e.g., propane)
- Household and Commercial garbage
- Mattresses and Box Springs
- Hazardous materials or anything containing hazardous materials.
- Uncertified demolition waste
- Biomedical waste
- Asbestos or materials that are suspected or containing asbestos
- Lead Paint
- Sawdust or any powdered dry material
- Fluorescent light bulbs
- Batteries
- Burned materials
- Telephone poles and railroad ties
- Any other materials that present a risk to our employees, our equipment or our facility, as determined by the Site Supervisor in his or her sole discretion
