Liquids, gas-filled containers, household garbage, commercial garbage, hazardous materials, uncertified demolition waste, biomedical waste, asbestos, lead paint, fluorescent light bulbs, batteries, burned materials, telephone poles, railroad ties, or other materials treated with creosote, any materials that present a risk to our employees, equipment or facility as exclusively determined by the site supervisor.

No. Metal is accepted either separate or commingled in C&D material but we do not pay for metal.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash and if you wish to sign up as a valued customer, we will invoice weekly so you could pay by check.

Yes! We operate under a King County Solid Waste Permit for Construction & Demolition recycling. We are also a Designated Recycling Facility with King County and Registered with the Recycling Certification Institute (RCI).

Yes! We are your LEED Building Recycler and issue monthly reports to any customer that identifies a LEED load to our weighmaster.
